Laminated Jute/Burlap/Juco Bags
Customization of bags can be done according to the specifications of our clients on the following parameters:
* Size of the Bags
* Colour of the Bags(Body & Gusset)
* Dimensions and Shape of the Bags
* Design of the Bags(Printed or Embroidered)
* Choice of fabrics of the Bags(Burlap/Jute/Juco)
* Type of Handle required

GENERAL INFORMATION
* Lead time for Sampling would be 3-5 working days after confirmation.
* Sampling Cost would be $50 per sampling order against the delivery charges only.
* We accept a minimum order quantity of 5000 pieces per style.
* Art works are to be sent in CorelDraw & PDF format only.
* Shipping port: Kolkata & Mumbai
* The prices does not include any duty or charges payable at your end.
* The prices are in US Dollar/Piece, FOB Kolkata or FOB Mumbai
* Additional Charges: For poly packing: USD0.06/Pc.
                                For hanging barcode tag: USD0.05/Pc.
 

PRINTING

* For printed bags, default printing coverage is 10% of the bag body.

* Screen charge: USD20 per colour

* Offset printing is not guaranteed on laminated jute fabrics. Generally various disputes come in this technology. You have to accept these disputes.

* We are not responsible for any kind of dispute in Offset printing on jute fabrics.

PACKING
* Our standard carton size is: 55X55X37 cm
* 50-100 bags are packed in a corrugated card board box.
* 1 FCL would take 20,000-25,000 bags(depending on size).

PAYMENT
* Irrevocable L/C at sight.
* Invoice amount upto USD5000 will be accepted against 100% advanced TT only.
* Invoice amount upto USD50000 should be 50% advance along with PO & rest before dispatch only.
* Invoice amount above USD50000 should be 40% advance along with PO & rest before dispatch only.

DELIVERY
* Within 6-12 weeks depending on ordered quantity.
